Cecil
Cecil, cursed by the reputation of his breed (the pit bull, American bulldog), was found in a busy parking lot scavenging for food. His begging eyes peered up for any passerby to help him find food and shelter. Luckily, a caring animal shelter looked beyond the pit bull stigma and took him in. They found him his perfect forever home. Now, instead of hunger, his big eyes are filled with affection and appreciation for his loving family. Cecil was the poster dog for The Humane Society of the United States’ campaign to end dog-fighting – an awful and inhumane activity in which many pit bulls are used. This bright and brilliant American bulldog portrait is now available, see below for details.
