Cecil was found in a busy parking lot scavenging for food. His begging eyes peered up for any passerby to help him find food and shelter. Luckily, a caring animal shelter took him in, and found him his perfect forever ome. Now, instead of hunger, his big eyes are filled with affection and appreciation for his loving family.
