Penelope - SOLD

Penelope was left alone for three days after her human counterpart was evicted. She quickly found shelter with a Pug rescue group. Her wonderfully sweet nature touched her foster mom so much that she couldn't bear to let someone else adopt her. So, Penelope's foster home turned into her forever home!
